We are often asked if we do any minor restoration work. The answer is yes and some FJ40s like this 1978 Sky Blue survivor don’t need a full restoration to cruise the hills in style. We replaced the cut-out rear wheel wells with new OEM style openings and fixed the rust on the rear sill and quarter panels. About a quarter of a paint job and some custom matched interior vortex love amounted to just the right facelift. Next it’s out into the shop for a 2 1/2″ lift and power steering.
