1983 US FJ40

One of about 600 sold in the US in 1983. This survivor FJ40 (on consignment) still has most of its original paint with only the top being refinished at some point .  There is some rust on the body but certainly less than average.  Like too many 40s, somebody got their hands on it early and cut the rear quarter panels for flares. This is a bummer but certainly reversible.  for some reason when the top was painted, the interior of the 40 was sprayed with two part poly urea spray liner. It appears to be professional high pressure spray application. Mechanically the Land Cruiser runs and drives well. We haven’t given it any kind of mechanical inspection, but we will be happy to do so on request
