Comfortable and Quiet FJ40?

This PRLC restored and modified soft top FJ40 came back a few years after it was finished the first time because the owner wanted to daily drive it, and he wanted it a little more comfortable and as quiet as possible. We set out to make it so! First we restored a hard top for it. Then we put together a custom interior with Scheel-man Seats, using their cloth on the rear Bestop seat and Tuffy Box tops as well. Then we installed Dynamat and Dynaliner everywhere possible, even under the headliner. Custom carpet covered the sound deadener. The result is the quietest diesel FJ40 I’ve ever been in. And it’s still not that quiet!
