This Venezuelan FJ45 came to us, as most South American imports do, needing a complete mechanical rebuild. We replaced the 2F engine, which had frozen and cracked after being imported into the United States without antifreeze, with a Cummins R2.8 and H55F five-speed transmission.
While we had it, we made a number of other improvements, including our shackle reversal, power steering, a Flaming River steering column, and our PRLC replica winch bar with a WARN 8274.
